they're dOing painting works le!!!



things dOne:

1) hacking Of the previOus -kitchen cabinet, wardrObe, bathtub, flOOr & wall tiles Of kitchen area, 3 bathrOOm area.
2) dismatle kitchen windOw & dOOr frame, staircase railing, 3 WCs, 3 basins, 3 tOilet dOOrs, existing cOmices in living & dinning area.
3) nOn-slip hOmOgenOus flOOr tiles + ceramic wall tiles fOr kitchen area all up.
4) shOwer kerb fOr 3 bthrOOm + fridge, washing machine & kitchen cabinet base up.
5) all misc. tOuch ups pOst hacking dOne.
6) balcOny area rOOf + sliding windOws up.
7) plumbing wOrks dOne.
8) partitiOn wall at fOyer area, masterbedrOOm side and staircase side bOxed up + 3 bedrOOms dOOr Opening tOp bOxed up all dOne.
9) all lights are up and functiOning gOOd.
10) aircOn + water heater up.


stuffs remaining:
- basin in x2 bathrOOms + vanity tOp & 10mm thick cOrner shOwer screen in masterbedrOOm bathrOOm
- kitchen cabinets + kitchen wOrktOp
- bOxed up Of rubbish chute
- repainting Of part Of living rOOm walls (change cOlOr)
- laminated flOOring fOr balcOny area + staircase + masterbedrOOm
- install 12mm thick tempered glass fOr staircase railing
- replacement Of lOckset fOr all dOOrs
- washing + pOlishing + cleaning + tOuch up....

sOme issues:
- the entrance Of the kitchen bathrOOm is slanted!!!
- the lights in the balcOny area needs tO be repOsitiOned.
- bOxed up side Of staircase nOt prOperly dOne- gap nOted.
- wiring Of the tv cables need readjustment- tOO high.

we are installing the glass staricase railing after all!!!
turns Out the quOtatiOn Of 5K++ was fOr bOth side Of the staircase + a partitiOn thingy frm the fOyer tO the hall area!!!!

yeah!!!
sOO the all in all 3 pieces Of glass railings fOr Our staircase is abt 1.8K befOre GST.
sOOO happy we can hv the glass thingy fOr Our staircase up after all!!!
cant wait...
hOpefully all turns Out fine and nice.
