my right shOulder
strained it wen during my nursing student yrs
hOsp attachment---> bad lifting techniques = bad strained right shOulder blade
after tat One bad One
it hurts every nOw and denn
at times sOO severe tat it spreads dwn tO my hands and up my neck....
esp wenever i Overstrained at wOrk
Or i had my side carry bag being tOO heavy (as m right handed)
anyways
jus 'tampa' salOnpas On
it wOrks well fOr mi nOw....
had alittle cOckup On tues
*sighh**
anyways
all settled nOw (hOpefully)
dear jus left fOr terminal 3 fOr wOrk fOr 3wks
was sOOO tired since dis mOrning
but yups jus cant get tO zzzz nOw

saw sOmething similar tO wat we wanted
but nOt sOO nice
as i jus dunlike the fabric
the limited fabric they hv for the sOfa
since we are custOm making + the cOst is nOt excatly tat lOw
why must i cOmprOmise for sOmething i dislike
wen ther's a definite better One Out ther with the same Or slightly higher price???

+ sOme fOOd (prOb he was hungry, and a hungry man = an angry + irritable man)
went dwn the furniture mall
Our 2nd trip dwn
during Our 1st trip dwn days back
actually came acrOss a few nice Ones
but 1 shOp name was "smellY" and luckily Our interiOr designer managed tO stOp us in time
we went dwn the Other shOp with the sOfa which we alsO fancy.
Over ther
saw the bed we sO ever wanted
mattress was Okies
the sOfa -- nice....
gOt the rest Of stuffs....
*prays super hard**

and the cOuntdwn begins...
